For Consultants
Become a Certified Thrive Profile™ Facilitator.
Learn how to support nonprofits in interpreting worker wellbeing data, facilitating reflective conversations, and moving from insight to action.
Nonprofits need more than data and they need skilled support to use it well.
Worker wellbeing data can open important conversations about burnout, workload, supervision, leadership, policies, and culture. But those conversations require care, context, and skilled facilitation.
